Small groups - Executive Strategic
Planning Workshop
A Strategic Plan supports the achievement of
a desired future, and identifies the key steps necessary
to achieve that outcome. It reviews strengths, weaknesses,
threats and opportunities; presents a series of statements
relating to corporate vision, mission, values and objectives;
and defines proposed strategies and goals.
Quay offers a multi-stage, multi-discipline strategic
planning process that engages
the entire executive and involves key customers. The approach
includes
one-on-one interviews, a survey of industry best practices
and a full day workshop with the CEO and senior executive
(and may include board members). This process builds team
consensus, helps crystallize thinking and focuses efforts
and resources. At the conclusion of the process you will
have a corporate strategic plan, and an action plan for
each executive that will make it a reality.

Large groups - Future Search
Future Search is a large scale planning event that is
used to involve diverse groups of stakeholders to move
organizations to a desired future. Intended for groups
of 40 - 80 persons, a Future Search identifies common
ground, develops a joint vision of the future and defines
action steps to achieve the vision. Future Search is particularly
effective when there are diverse and opposing positions
entrenched in the organization. Key outcomes of a Future
