Overview: Quay is a management consulting

relationship development. We provide medium to large corporations
with proprietary systems and tools in an enterprise approach
that embeds customer relationship competence and profit building
strategies.
Relationship Poker™ workshops are the flagship of Quay's
suite of proprietary products. These workshops are designed
to transform the way that a management team thinks about customers,
the customer relationship and individual roles in achieving
customer satisfaction, loyalty and increased profitability.
Relationship Poker™ one and two day workshops blend business
theory with adult learning principles to effect an immediate
change in the participant's perspective on the customer relationship.
This learning method works irrespective of the level of interest
or experience of the participant.
Quay is currently seeking expressions of interest from agents
in eastern Canada, Midwest and eastern USA. Agents may be granted
sectoral or geographic exclusivity for Quay Relationship Poker™
Workshops. Agent compensation is commission-based. |
