Jan Pezarro
Jan Pezarro has served in senior executive positions in the public and
private sector, including president and CEO for West Coast Express,
executive director Marketing & Sales Blackcomb Skiing Enterprises
and was the first Vice President Marketing & Customer Services for
the Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority (TransLink). More
recently she was COO with Stratford Internet Technologies and is now an
entrepreneur and management consultant based in Vancouver, Canada. The
sustained level of service quality and customer satisfaction under her
stewardship as CEO with West Coast Express was recognized with the
prestigious year 2000 Quality Council of BC Award of Distinction.
Jan is widely regarded for her ability to help organizations improve
profitability and market share with a specific emphasis on strategic
planning, branding and customer satisfaction. She has developed and
launched hundreds of successful brands, products and services in her
career and is well known for her achievements in building market share
for existing businesses. She has been the recipient of numerous
industry awards for marketing, service quality and program design.
Jan has recently launched her first proprietary business solution
– Relationship Poker™. She developed this unique tool based
on the best of business and adult learning theory, the best practices
of successful companies across North America and a lot of personal
experience! She is currently working on her first business book, Relationship
Poker™ Winning at the Customer Relationship Game.

Debbie Siegel
Debbie has more than 18 years of business management, marketing,
product management, and product development experience in the high-tech
industry. Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, she consults with the
Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and is responsible for the design and
implementation of the NextGEN CEO program and workshops. Previously,
she was with Telera as Vice President Customer Applications &
Services, leading the implementation & professional services,
application development, training and ongoing customer relationships
with enterprises using the Telera Voice Web Infrastructure. She joined
Telera from Aspect Communications where she was General Manager of the
Automation business unit, responsible for delivering hardware, software
& customized application development for customer-based
transactions. Previously, she was Vice President of Vancouver-based
Dynapro Systems heading up a business unit developing software and
manufacturing touch screen solutions for Rockwell Automation. Debbie
also held various product management, program management and marketing
positions while at Philips NV. Debbie received her MBA from McGill
University in Montreal, Quebec and holds a Masters in Linguistics from
Universite Paul Valery in France where she also completed her
undergraduate studies.
